Acadian Asset Management has named Churchill Franklin, currently executive vice president and COO, as CEO, Pensions & Investments reports. In a leadership reshuffle, Acadian chairman Gary Bergstrom will pass on his role at the end of 2011 to current CEO Ronald Frashure, who will hold both titles through the end of 2012 and the chairman post from 2013. Bergstrom will assume the role of a consultant. John Chisholm, one of the founders of the asset manager, will retain his role as CIO.
