VeriSign is purchasing an office it uses for its corporate headquarters at Bluemont Way in Reston, Virginia, for $118 million.

VeriSign is purchasing an office it uses for its corporate headquarters at Bluemont Way in Reston, Virginia, for $118 million, GlobeSt reports. The transaction is scheduled to close on November 15.

The building was formerly Sallie Mae’s headquarters. Cassidy Turley served as the sole broker on the transaction. The owner was represented by Peter Falco of Rockwood Capital on this deal.
