The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation may appoint Trevor Mundel, Reuters reports, citing NZZ am Sonntag. He is at present global development head, Novartis.
Mundel trained as a medical doctor in South Africa and completed training in neurology at the University of Chicago. The foundation’s executive director of global health Tachi Yamada retired earlier this year.
