JovInvestment Management is intending to shut the Horizons Global Contrarian Fund on or about Sep. 27, 2011. No further subscriptions for class ‘A’ and class ‘F’ units of the fund will be received from July 29, 2011.
The redemption requests will be accepted until Sept. 22, 2011. After the closure, the net assets of the fund will be distributed pro rata to the remaining class ‘A’ and class ‘F’ unit-holders of the fund.
