U.K. fund-of-funds (FoFs) manager Pantheon has acquired a private equity fund portfolio valued between €600 million and €1 billion, NASDAQ reports. Private equity FoFs manager Hermes GPE sold the portfolio mainly made up of buyout funds. The transaction was managed internally instead of by an intermediary. Hermes GPE, which runs over €5.73 billion of capital in private equity, is invested in 235 funds and more than 40 co-investments worldwide.
