Eurazeo’s €1 billion syndicated credit line has been renewed, Financial News reports. The buyout firm’s new loan, due in June 2016, will replace the one that was set to mature in 2012. Crédit Agricole, Groupe Crédit Mutuel-CIC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas and Natixis were the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the transaction. Additionally, the firm had €62 million of uncalled but committed capital remaining in its €500 million closed-end buyout fund Eurazeo Partners.
