Dan Phillips, head of compliance at Chi-X Europe, has stepped down from his current position, Financial News reports. He is leaving the firm to join financial information provider Markit. He will join Markit’s strategic revenue assurance function from September. Phillips, who served in Chi-X Europe’s compliance function since 2007, also held the role of money laundering reporting officer.
