CPI Buys Two Czech Malls For €96M

CPI Group has bought the Olympia shopping centers in the cities of Teplice and Mladá Boleslav for €96 million.

CPI Group has bought the Olympia shopping centers in the cities of Teplice and Mladá Boleslav for €96 million, Property Magazine International reports. The company bought the Czech assets from CA Immo and Union Investment Real Estate.

Both shopping centers are fully rented. Ahold, an international group of quality supermarkets based in the U.S. and Europe with the Albert Hypermarket is the anchor tenant of both centers.
