BofA Names Risk Chief

Bank of America has appointed Terry Laughlin as chief risk officer.

Bank of America has appointed Terry Laughlin as chief risk officer. Laughlin, who is currently head of legacy asset servicing, will take the new post late in the third quarter.

The firm’s global compliance executive Paula Dominick will serve as temporary risk head until Laughlin’s transition. Bruce Thompson, who previously served as chief risk officer, has assumed the role of the firm’s new CFO.
