Kevin McCabe’s Scarborough Group has formed a joint venture with Wyndham Advisers to launch a U.K. fund, PropertyEU reports. The partnership named ScarWyn Capital will provide cross-border, real estate fund management in Hong Kong. ScarWyn’s Steeland Property Opportunity Fund, which is targeting Chinese investors, is seeking to raise $150 million. The joint venture firm will be co-chaired by Scarborough Chairman McCabe and Wyndham Advisers founder Water Cheung.
