UBS’ U.S. brokerage arm has appointed Jon Mallon to manage its Santa Rosa, California, branch, Reuters reports. He will also be responsible for advising the firm’s high-net-worth customers from affluent towns north of San Francisco.
Most recently, he was working as COO for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s (MSIM) Western U.S. division. Mallon has previously also worked with Lehman Brothers, Broadband Capital Management and CE Unterberg Towbin.
