LaSalle Sells Hyde Park Hayes For $49M

European fund manager LaSalle Investment Management has sold the Hyde Park Hayes business park for over $49 million.

European fund manager LaSalle Investment Management has sold the Hyde Park Hayes business park for over $49 million, PropertyEU reports. The buyer was the Melford Special Situations, a fund managed by U.K. real estate investor and fund manager Melford Capital Partners. The property’s tenants include Rackspace, China Airlines, WNS Global Services and Winterflood Securities. LaSalle started marketing the property in March 2011. Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf LaSalle, adds Property Magazine International.
