Aberdeen Asset Management has restructured its Australian equities team, Financial Standard reports. The firm has appointed Robert Penaloza as head of the team.
He will succeed Mark Daniels, who will now become investment director. Penaloza, who was a senior investment manager in the firm’s Asian equities team in Singapore, has also served as CEO and head of its Thai investment desk.
