Alaska Permanent Fund is looking for a new CIO.

Alaska Permanent Fund is looking for a new CIO, Pension & Investments reports. The selected candidate will replace Jeffrey Scott, who will leave in August to become CIO of Wurts & Associates.

The new CIO will be responsible for hiring, terminating and monitoring internal and external managers, researching and managing asset classes and assisting with setting the fund’s asset allocation and investment policy. Director of asset allocation at Alaska Permanent, Max Giolitti, is also leaving for a position at Wurts.
