Dodge & Cox has named Thomas Dugan, David Hoeft, and Diana Strandberg as senior vice presidents and board members. Roberta Kameda has been appointed as general counsel.
Meanwhile, Gregory Serrurier and Bryan Cameron have been appointed senior vice presidents but not to the board. Cameron and Serrurier will retain their previous roles as director of research and manager of the firm’s institutional account equity group, respectively.
