Japan’s network-services company, NTT Data, will purchase Italy’s Value Team for about $365 million, Bloomberg reports. The acquisition will allow the Japanese company to expand its customer base in Europe and Latin America, adds NIKKEI. NTT is planning to invest about $3.7 billion on acquisitions to quadruple sales outside Japan over three years. Value Team provides consulting and system engineering services to telecommunications, manufacturing and financial companies in Italy.
