Mondi Secures €750M Loan

Mondi has issued a €750 million, five-year multi-currency revolving credit facility.

Mondi has issued a €750 million, five-year multi-currency revolving credit facility, Bloomberg reports. The office paper maker intends to use the proceeds to refinance existing debt. The deal completes Mondi’s refinancing of its €1.55 billion facility that was scheduled to mature in June 2012. The loan was provided by Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group Bank, Societe Generale, Raiffeisen Bank International, RBS and UniCredit.
