Los Angeles-based private equity firm, Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), has opened an office in London. Managing director and current head of LLCP’s Dallas, Texas, office, John Romney, will manage the new office. The firm plans to focus on structured equity investments in European middle-market companies. Romney, who joined LLCP in October 2004, is a senior member of the originations group.
