Music and video-game company owner, Vivendi, is seeking to raise about €4 billion through loans.

Music and video-game company owner, Vivendi, is seeking to raise about €4 billion through loans, Bloomberg reports. It is planning to borrow for 18 months, three years and five years. The proceeds will be used by the company to fund the acquisition of French mobile-phone operator, SFR. Vivendi is set to acquire the remaining 44% stake in SFR it does not already own, gaining full control of the company.
