Luxury shoe group, Jimmy Choo, is planning to launch a £650 million initial public offering in Hong Kong ahead of its sale.

Luxury shoe group, Jimmy Choo, is planning to launch a £650 million initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong ahead of its sale, Financial Times reports. HSBC has suggested the IPO to the company’s private equity owner, TowerBrook Capital.

Private equity group, TPG Capital, U.S. retailer Jones, and a consortium of Investcorp and Labelux are interested in bidding for the company. Jimmy Choo is estimated to have received bids of more than £500 million for its auction.
