Stock exchange, BATS Global Markets, has appointed Brian Schell as its CFO, The Wall Street Journal reports. Previous CFO, Craig Perrigo, will assume the newly-created role of chief accounting officer.
Most recently, Schell served at Pollen as CFO for the payment system developer. Formerly, he has also worked at H&R Block, the $4.8 billion tax preparation specialist based in Kansas City. Click here for the story from The Wall Street Journal.
