Cristina Wasiak, senior vice president and CFO of Calamos Asset Management, is resigning from her current position. She is stepping down from his role to pursue other opportunities. Wasiak will leave the asset management firm from April 30, 2011.She was appointed CFO of Calamos in April 2008. The firm has not hired a replacement yet, adds Pensions & Investments.
