Chilean retail company, Cencosud, has offered about $750 million in notes.

Chilean retail company, Cencosud, has offered about $750 million in notes, Reuters reports. The 5.5% notes will mature on Jan. 20, 2021. The notes carry a spread of 230 basis points over the U.S. Treasuries. Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Banco Santander were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
