Broadband and telecommunications company, Windstream, has raised $200 million in a sale of notes.

Broadband and telecommunications company, Windstream, has raised $200 million in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The notes carry a coupon rate of 7.75% and are due to mature on Oct. 15, 2020.

The senior notes were sold in the 144a private placement market. JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the deal.
