Fibria Celulose is a São Paulo-based producer and distributer of short fiber pulp. The company is the world’s largest producer of bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp, which is used to make cardboard, printing paper and toilet paper. The company harvests its wood from renewable plantations that comprise 969,000 hectares of forest, of which 343,000 hectares have been set aside for conservation. In combination, Fibria’s forest base and mills across Brazil can produce 5.3 million tons of pulp annually.
