Heitman and Abacus Property Group have formed a joint venture for investing $600 million in commercial properties in chief Australian cities, GlobeSt reports. The venture has purchased an office in North Sydney for $35.6 million.
Around $200 million of equity is being provided by Heitman, while $66 million will be contributed by Abacus for the partnership. Both the companies will perform asset management.
