Bill Ackman’s Pershing Rebounds With Strong February Gain

Other hedge funds love his SPAC, Pershing Square Tontine.

Reversing a slight January loss, Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Holdings surged 8 percent in February, giving the publicly-traded hedge fund a gain of 6.6 percent for the year, according to its monthly report to investors.

Ackman’s blank-check company, the $4 billion Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, continues to be the greatest focus of investor interest — even though its gains haven’t matched other holdings so far this year.
