Eaton Vance Management has appointed Michael Kotarski and Joseph Furey as co-directors of institutional sales. The duo will work under Scott Ruddick, managing director of institutional. Kotarski, who has joined from Mellon Capital Management, will manage the activities of institutional sales representatives and select public pension funds across North America. Furey will be responsible for the Taft-Hartley and state public pension plan markets. Previously, Furey was vice president of business development at Eaton Vance.
