Franklin Templeton Merges Four Funds

Franklin Templeton Investments is combining two of its Bissett Multinational funds with Franklin World funds.

Franklin Templeton Investments is combining two of its Bissett Multinational funds with Franklin World funds. The Bissett Multinational Growth Fund is being merged with the Franklin World Growth Fund, while the Bissett Multinational Growth Corporate Class fund is being combined with the Franklin World Growth Corporate Class.

Security holders of the Bissett Multinational funds will get securities of the Franklin World funds on a dollar-for-dollar and series-by-series basis. The security holders will not pay any redemption fees and all costs associated with the termination of the funds will be assumed by Franklin Templeton. The mergers will take place on June 24, 2011.
