PAI Sells CEP To JC Flower

Paris-based PAI Partners is selling Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance (CEP) to JC Flowers, Financial News reports. Anacap Financial Partners and European mid-market buyout firm, Bridgepoint, were also interested in acquiring CEP. The deal values the French mortgage insurance services company at about €800 million, adds Reuters. The seller was advised by Rothschild, Nomura and Financiere de Courcelles, while JC Flowers was advised by Credit Suisse.
