Alliance Trust Chairwoman, Lesley Knox, is stepping down from her role, Reuters reports. Knox, who has been on the trust’s board for 10 years, will step down from her post by the firm’s annual general meeting in 2012.
She will resign as part of the board’s succession plan. Knox was appointed Chairman in 2004 and previously served as the head of institutional asset management at Kleinwort Benson Investment Management, adds Fundweb.
