New Mexico State Investment Council, Santa Fe, intends to issue an RFP for a real estate consultant.

New Mexico State Investment Council, Santa Fe, intends to issue an RFP for a real estate consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. The council, which oversees $15.4 billion in assets, authorized the search as part of its normal schedule of review. Current consultant, Courtland Partners, has been serving as the council’s real estate consultant since 2003. The real estate and infrastructure consulting services firm is allowed to rebid.
