Northill Capital has acquired a 51% stake in listed hedge fund manager, Alpha Strategic, Financial News reports. Northill, backed by the Bertarelli family, has invested £2.5 million with Alpha Strategic, in return for its shares. Northill will continue to place money with the firm on a deal-by-deal basis. The funds from the asset manager will be used to accelerate Alpha Strategic’s strategy of acquiring additional, non-correlated revenue streams, adds HedgeWeek.
