BATS To Unveil U.S. Stock Listings

BATS Global Markets is planning to roll out a U.S. stock-market listings business.

BATS Global Markets is planning to roll out a U.S. stock-market listings business, The Wall Street Journal reports. The new platform will be called BATS Listings and is expected to be launched in the last quarter of this year, adds City A.M.

The Missouri-based exchange operator is likely to offer dual-listing shares of companies that are already listed at NYSE or Nasdaq. BATS has submitted draft rules to the Securities and Exchange Commission and expects a formal filing for notice soon.
