DLJ South American Partners is seeking to change its partnership structure when the firm rolls out a new private equity fund, The Wall Street Journal reports. The firm is currently 49% owned by Zurich-based Credit Suisse. The remaining 51% is owned by the private equity firm’s management team. Partners at the private equity firm are considering various options, including a reduction in Credit Suisse’s stake in DLJ.
