LM Investment Management (LMIM) has rolled out its LM Australian Income fund for U.K. investors, Investment Week reports. The Luxembourg-domiciled vehicle will invest in mortgages in commercial, residential and industrial property sites. The fund, which will also acquire vacant land and cash, will have a sterling share class. The fund is targeting a 5.25% return per annum and will have a minimum investment of £5,000.
