Beacon Sells $200M VA Office To Tishman

Tishman Speyer Properties is acquiring a 19-story office building in Rosslyn, Virginia for about $200 million.

Tishman Speyer Properties is acquiring a 19-story office building in Rosslyn, Virginia for about $200 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The seller of the property is Beacon Capital Partners. Beacon bought the building in 2007 as part of its acquisition of an office-building portfolio from Blackstone Group. Recently, Tishman also acquired a Chicago office tower, a Washington office building and Hilton Worldwide’s old headquarters in Beverly Hills, California.
