Dutch oil company, Royal Dutch Shell, has won Brazil’s antitrust regulator approval, Bloomberg reports. The Hague-based company is seeking to acquire an airline- fuel business from Cosan Industria & Comercio.

As per the approval, Shell will be required to sell physical assets of Jacta Participacoes before full approval is granted. Shell acquired Jacta Participacoes from Barra Bonita-based Cosan in 2009.
