Citigroup has appointed John Havens as its president and COO. He is currently CEO of the lender’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG). In his new role, Havens will be responsible for Citi’s daily operations and report to CEO, Vikram Pandit. The current vice chairman of Citi, Ned Kelly, will become Chairman of ICG.
