New Hampshire Retirement System has appointed Kim France as interim executive director, Pensions & Investments reports. At present, France serves as director of administration. She will retain both the titles until a permanent executive director is named. France has taken over the duties of Richard Ingram, who has left to become executive director at the Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System.
