QIC GRE Raises $1.72B For Property Fund

QIC Global Real Estate has raised $1.72 billion in capital for its property fund.

QIC Global Real Estate (QIC GRE) has raised $1.72 billion in capital for its property fund, Super Review reports. The recapitalization has expanded the number of investors in the QIC Property Fund. The fund now includes a mixture of domestic and international investors, including superannuation, insurance and sovereign funds. The QIC fund is an open-ended wholesale property fund that had total assets under management of $5.5 billion as of June 30.
