TIC Super, a public offer superannuation fund, has unveiled a new residential property fund, Financial Standard reports. The TIC Diversified Australian Residential Property Fund, which targets middle Australia, aims to provide low -risk exposure to property investments for people with average super fund balances. The new product will include a mix of properties located in state capitals throughout Australia. The TIC Retirement Plan was set up by the Investors Club as a public offer super fund targeting long-term growth through the property fund.
