Coca-Cola Raises $500M In Bond Sale

Coca-Cola Enterprises has sold bonds worth $500 million in two parts.

Coca-Cola Enterprises has sold bonds worth $500 million in two parts, Reuters reports. The first tranche of $250 million notes, which carry a coupon rate of 2.00%, will mature on Aug. 19, 2016.

The second tranche of $250 million notes, carrying a coupon rate of 3.25%, will mature on Aug. 19, 2021. The joint book running managers for the offering are Barclays, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
