Gemini Fund Services has partnered with Charles River Development and TKS Solutions to boost its accounting and compliance support for mutual fund firms. The partnerships expand Gemini’s capabilities through Charles River’s Compliance module and TKS Solutions’ Penny - It Works fund accounting software. Gemini will use Charles River Compliance to perform daily post-trade compliance reviews on all the mutual funds it services, while it will use Penny - It Works partner for all of its hedge fund administration services. The partnerships are an extension of the firm’s pre-existing partnership with Access Data for Access’ SalesVision software. Gemini Fund Services offers pooled investment solutions as an engaged partner to independent advisors.
