Henderson May Float EM Currency Fund

Henderson Global Investors is planning to unveil an emerging market currency fund.

Henderson Global Investors is planning to unveil an emerging market currency fund, Citywire reports. The new fund will be managed by the group’s Amsterdam-based currency team, led by Bob Arends. The team currently runs the Henderson Horizon Global Currency fund, comprising a 70% allocation to G10 currencies and 30% to emerging market currencies. The firm has an opportunity set of 19 emerging market currencies, but does not invest in over eight emerging market currencies at any one time.
