Man Group has appointed Citi Global Transaction Services’ Securities and Fund Services division as its global shareholder services partner. Citi will provide global shareholder and transfer agency services for Man’s AHL unit, and Man multi-manager private investor products. Citi’s new contract will start at the end of March 2011. A joint project will be launched to improve services to Man’s funds, simplify administration arrangements and migrate all of Man’s private investor products onto Citi’s platform.
