Pemex To Sell $3B In Debt

Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) is seeking to raise a total of about $3 billion in a bond sale, Bloomberg reports. The Mexican petroleum company will sell the notes in international markets this year to help refinance debt. Pemex will issue two or three bond sales for a total of about $3 billion. The company is planning to seek about $8 billion in bonds and loans this year. Pemex may also issue up to $824 million of bonds on March 8 in the domestic market.
