3i has completed the acquisition of U.K. private security provider, Amor Group, AltAssets reports. The British private equity firm has bought the stake of Amor Group from specialist investment manager, Pamploma Capital Management. Both the parties agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction. Willkie Farr & Gallagher acted as the legal advisor to the buyer.
