Romania is likely to secure a credit facility agreement with the World Bank.

Romania is likely to secure a credit facility agreement with the World Bank, Bloomberg reports. The deal will be packaged with credit from the International Monetary Fund and the European Union.

The World Bank may give about €300 million to finance a budget deficit of 4.4% of gross domestic product agreed with other banks. After the payment, Romania will draw €600 million from the €1 billion program it has with the World Bank, which expires in May.
