Aon Consulting has appointed Mark Paul as head of a portfolio of administration clients, Financial Times reports. Paul will focus on customer care strategies from the firm’s new Redditch operation.
Prior to this, Paul was a client director at Xafinity Paymaster. Paul has also worked as a member of U.K. administration leadership team and a senior client manager at Mercer for 13 years.
